Confirms that the deployment facts shown actually occurred and are supported by governed source evidence.
Publishes an actual outcome with traceable evidence, result methodology, and customer permission.
Promotion gate
Representative scenarios remain useful product proof. Verified deployment establishes that an implementation actually occurred. Verified customer result adds attributable outcome evidence and permission. None of those states should be blurred together.
Actual deployment scope, attributable evidence, customer disclosure governance, and verified substantiation must replace synthetic-only proof.
Outcome population, timeframe, baseline, exclusions, calculation method, actual metrics, and customer permission must survive review.
Marketing momentum, partner tier, commercial relationship, logo permission, or a compelling anecdote cannot promote a proof item by themselves.
Future Provider Passport
E09 prepares the evidence architecture for a future Provider Passport while deliberately refusing to publish provider scores before populations, provenance, freshness, verification, dispute, and neutrality controls exist.
Geographic coverage, certifications, asset specialization, processing capabilities, erasure methods, lease-return services, facilities, and integration capabilities are declared with provenance rather than converted into a popularity score.
Geography, enterprise policy, ownership, security state, contractual requirements, capacity, downstream constraints, and other engagement-specific requirements determine whether a provider is eligible before fit is evaluated.
Future evidence may include custody completeness, erasure-evidence completeness, SLA attainment, exception closure, settlement timing, and quoted-to-realized recovery accuracy only when sample and provenance thresholds are met.
Every observed metric requires a defined population, time window, freshness rule, minimum sample, verification source, confidence treatment, dispute path, and publication boundary.
Proof doctrine
The current public case-study library remains Representative Model proof until actual deployment evidence earns a stronger state. The architecture is ready for that transition without pretending it has already happened.
